Drop in a PDF or Word file, or paste the text. Two-column designs and messy layouts are fine. Contact details are removed before anything else happens.
STEP 2
Check and correct
Read the formatted CV on screen. Click any line to edit it, or type a change in plain English, such as "Move the NEBOSH course to training". Undo is one click.
STEP 3
Download and send
Get a Word file in your template, with your logo, headings and layout, named and ready to attach to the client email.

UK spelling, present tense for the current role, memberships under qualifications, courses under training.
Nothing invented
If a date or location isn't in the CV, it stays blank and is flagged, rather than guessed.

Data protection
Designed around UK GDPR from day one.
Candidate CVs are personal data. Candivo keeps as little of it as possible, for no longer than you need.
- Kept only as long as you need it. The original file is never stored. Formatted CVs go into your team's searchable library and are deleted automatically after 6 months, or whatever period you choose.
- Contact details removed first. They're stripped before the text is sent for formatting.
- Your staff only. Everyone has their own account, set up from an emailed link, with optional two-step sign-in. Leavers are switched off in one click, and repeated wrong passwords lock the account.
- An audit trail without the data. A log of who formatted and downloaded what, with no candidate details in it.
- Paperwork ready. Data protection notes for your records, and a data processing agreement with each agency.
